We provide a matching and referral service to help clients find licensed providers. We do not provide medical or mental health care ourselves.

Provider relationships

Providers listed on Aligned.Help are independent. Any care, advice, or services you receive are between you and the provider.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service in good faith. You are responsible for choosing a provider and for any decisions you make based on the information shown.

No emergency services

Aligned.Help is not an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
