Summary

A grounded space for profound psychological exploration.

About

I work best with thoughtful, introspective adults who carry the weight of complex childhood trauma, emotional neglect, spiritual or religious wounds, and the quiet loneliness that can follow. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, depression, shame, or a persistent sense of not belonging. They often feel different, misunderstood, or unsure of who they are beneath the roles they’ve had to play.

Some come in after years of trying to “think” their way through life. Others are navigating existential questions about meaning, identity, or purpose. Some are processing powerful or destabilizing experiences, including psychedelic ones, and want help integrating what shifted. What they share is a desire to go deeper, not just to cope better, but to understand themselves more honestly.

You can expect sessions to feel grounded, collaborative, and emotionally attuned. I pay close attention to patterns rooted in early attachment and relational trauma, helping you understand how your nervous system adapted to survive. We move at a pace that feels safe, working toward greater self-trust, clarity, and a more integrated sense of who you are.

The first session focuses on understanding your story, what feels stuck, and what you’re hoping will change. If you’re ready to explore beneath the surface and feel less alone in the process, I invite you to reach out for a consultation.
