Counseling for leaders under pressure.
About
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and leadership psychologist, I work with high-performing executives, professionals, and leaders navigating the personal and relational costs of sustained responsibility. My work is especially suited for individuals who are competent, driven, and outwardly successful, yet experiencing stress, burnout, role strain, value conflict, or a growing sense of misalignment between who they are and how they are living or leading.
By integrating evidence-based counseling with advanced training in organizational and leadership psychology, I help clients develop emotional clarity, resilience, and sound judgment under pressure. I understand the unique challenges leaders face, including decision fatigue, isolation, moral and ethical tension, and the difficulty of being “the strong one” while needing support themselves. My approach is thoughtful, structured, and depth-oriented, creating space for both practical coping and meaningful internal growth.
Clients often describe my style as grounded, perceptive, and challenging in the right ways. I work collaboratively to help individuals strengthen self-awareness, navigate complex relationships, and pursue sustainable success that is consistent with their values. My practice is well-suited for leaders who want mental health support that respects their capacity, responsibility, and desire to flourish both personally and professionally.
