I work with teens, adults, and veterans—meet you where you are and help you find yourself again.
About
I’m Keith Kirkland—Licensed School Counselor, LPC Candidate, and a 20-year Air Force veteran. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience, which means I approach counseling with humility, empathy, and deep respect for what people carry into the room.
I don’t believe therapy should feel clinical or scripted. My focus is on you as a whole person—not a diagnosis or a checklist. Together, we’ll slow things down, look at your situation from multiple angles, and identify practical steps that actually fit your life. My goal is to help things feel clearer, more manageable, and less overwhelming.
I work with teens, adults, and veterans who are navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, identity questions, or those moments when life just feels stuck. You don’t need the “right words” or a clear plan before starting—just a willingness to show up as you are.
Counseling is a collaborative process. I walk alongside you, help you recognize your strengths, and support you in building forward momentum at a pace that feels right. You don’t have to do this alone—and you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin.
