Summary

Holistic, somatic therapy for children, teens, adults, and professionals.

About

I work with children, teenagers, adults, professionals, and leaders who are navigating stress, trauma, life transitions, identity questions, or relationship challenges. Some clients come feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Others are high-functioning on the outside but internally exhausted. I also have a deep commitment to supporting underserved communities and individuals who haven’t always felt fully seen or understood.

Sessions tend to feel warm, grounded, and collaborative. My goal is to create a space where you — or your child — feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. With children and teens, I incorporate developmentally appropriate approaches that allow them to express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe. With adults and professionals, we often balance insight with practical strategies that can be applied in real life. There is room for reflection, skill-building, and sometimes even humor, because healing doesn’t have to feel rigid or clinical.

I work through a holistic and somatic lens. That means we pay attention not only to thoughts and behaviors, but also to what the body and nervous system may be holding. Together, we connect past experiences to present reactions and build tools that foster emotional regulation, resilience, and clarity.

The first session is centered on understanding your story and your goals. For parents, this includes discussing concerns, strengths, and hopes for your child. For adults, it’s a space to explore what’s bringing you in and what meaningful change would look like. From there, we create a plan that aligns with your values and moves at a pace that feels both supportive and growth-oriented.

If you’re looking for therapy that is compassionate, culturally responsive, and grounded in both depth and practical tools, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
