Summary

Warm, practical therapy for anxiety, stress, and life transitions across all ages.

About

I work best with children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or hard on themselves and want both support and direction. Many of my clients come to therapy unsure where to start — they just know something isn’t working and they’re tired of carrying it alone.

My style is warm, calm, and collaborative, but also gently direct. Sessions tend to feel like a real conversation rather than a formal interview. I will listen carefully and help you feel understood, but I will also help you notice patterns, connect the dots, and practice new ways of coping so therapy leads to real change outside of sessions.

In our first session, we focus on getting to know what brought you in and what you hope will be different. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time or share everything at once — we go at your pace. I also try to offer practical tools early on so you leave with something helpful, not just a place to talk.

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to handle what’s going on in your life or your child’s life, you’re welcome to reach out. We can talk briefly and see if it feels like a good fit.
