I specialize in helping women heal from trauma, anxiety, and dissociation that talk therapy alone hasn't been able to reach. Many of my clients come to me having already done years of therapy — they've processed, reflected, and gained insight, and they're still stuck. That's not a failure of effort. It's a sign that what they're carrying lives below the level of conscious thought, stored in the body and nervous system where words don't reach.

I use evidence-based somatic approaches including somatic tapping, brainspotting, and hypnosis alongside cognitive behavioral therapy to work at the level where the pain actually lives. These approaches allow us to access and process what traditional talk therapy cannot, often producing meaningful shifts in a fraction of the time.

My practice is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I won't tell you who to be or what to feel. I will work alongside you with every tool I have to help you move forward.

I also offer therapy intensives — extended half-day or full-day sessions for clients ready to go deeper and faster than weekly therapy allows. Intensives are private pay and available in person in Mobile, Alabama or virtually throughout Alabama and Florida.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Alabama (#4426) and Florida (TPMC 1055) with advanced training in somatic tapping, brainspotting, and hypnosis. I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Traditional Medicare, BCBS Blue Advantage, and private pay.
