I work well with teens and young adults who are used to being the strong one. The responsible one. The one others rely on. Over time, anxiety, overthinking, and emotional pressure can build quietly until you no longer feel like yourself.

Sessions with me tend to feel calm, honest, and focused. This is not a space where you are left to talk in circles or figure everything out alone. I help you slow things down and understand what is actually happening beneath the anxiety, the people-pleasing, or the emotional overwhelm. Together, we look at patterns, where they came from, and how they are showing up in your relationships, your sense of self, and your day-to-day life.

Many of the people I work with have spent years pushing through, minimizing their needs, or trying to be who others expected them to be. Therapy becomes a space where you can be more honest, understand yourself more clearly, and begin responding differently without abandoning yourself in the process.

The first session is simple. We talk about what has been weighing on you, what you want to feel different, and what has or has not helped before. From there, we create direction together.

If you have been carrying a lot on your own, you do not have to keep doing that here. You are welcome to reach out when you feel ready.
