It can be challenging to feel beaten down and struggle with scary, intrusive, and unwanted repetitive distressing thoughts. You may feel compelled to ask for repeated reassurance, perform behaviors multiple times or in a certain way, mentally review or check excessively, or even avoid people or situations you care about due to your fear and anxiety. You may have anxiety about anxiety. You may have tried talk therapy before, but haven’t seen the results you are looking for, and want to feel more flexible & less rigid about your behaviors. You want to live a life that feels important to you, and are ready to do the work to get there.

Using ERP (Exposure & Response Prevention), ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), I work to empower motivated clients seeking specialized and goal-oriented therapy for anxiety, perfectionism, BFRBs, phobias, & OCD. It is my goal to help clients gain freedom from feeling trapped in their fears, worries, & obsessions.

In sessions with me, clients can gain the skills to identify and confront the negative thought patterns and beliefs fueling their anxiety. I am motivated to help you to break free from the cycle of unhelpful behaviors often associated with OCD and anxiety disorders & BFRBs, regaining control over your life and achieving a heightened sense of well-being.
